About Living Water
Youth Ranch
Our Story. Our Beliefs.
It's a Story of God's restoration,
Healing, Calling, and Hope in Christ.
Living Water Youth Ranch was founded by Tracy and Jennifer Scott in August 2021. For decades, God had been prompting them to open a recovery ranch because of their own life's experiences as troubled youth. When a situation arose with their own teenage son, they desperately searched for local resources, but they couldn’t find any solutions in the area. As a result, their son went out of state and their prompting got stronger.
The Scott's were miraculously provided with the resources to get started. It has been quite a journey, as they continue to walk out the calling of their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. They are thankful for what God has done in their own lives and it is their mission to reach at-risk youth in the same way, so here they are, today, making a difference in the lives of at-risk youth.

Our Story
Years ago, a journey began for Jennifer and her husband, Tracy, marked by turbulent years as troubled youths transitioning into adulthood. Despite their sordid past, today they stand as living testimonies of transformation, boasting many years of sobriety and an unwavering commitment to helping others. In 1986, Tracy uttered a prophetic statement: "We will be running a recovery ranch one day." At the time, Jennifer dismissed his words as mere dreams. However, in 2007, their perspective shifted as their son entered an at-risk youth program, after much time spent searching for a good option. This experience prompted them to revisit the idea of establishing a ranch for at-risk youth.
Since 2006, Jennifer and Tracy have spearheaded two successful recovery programs within local churches. Tracy dedicates his time to mentoring felons transitioning from prison through the "Free to Succeed" initiative, while Jennifer served as a chaplain within the Kootenai County Juvenile Detention Center, offering guidance to at-risk youth. In 2011, Jennifer achieved a significant milestone by becoming a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, culminating in the establishment of a thriving counseling agency.
Amidst numerous confirmations and divine interventions, including a substantial $2 million gift to kickstart the youth ranch, Jennifer and her husband have embraced this journey with unwavering faith. Today, propelled by their unwavering belief in their mission, they embark on this monumental endeavor, ready to make a difference in the lives of countless youths.
